Chick-fil-A project cancellation and drainage trench

A resident (speaking with a companion and delivering a letter) said residents were happy about the approved Chick-fil-A and storage project between Charlie's Restaurant and Locust Avenue, are upset it was cancelled, and oppose the drainage trench built there — they want a sidewalk instead.
